text-align: justify;\"><strong>COMUNICADO OFICIAL DE LA ASOCIACI\u00d3N DE AUTORIDADES ANCESTRALES TERRITORIALES NASA \u00c7XH\u00c3\u00c7XHA FRENTE A HECHOS DE ASESINATO Y EXTERMINIO DE SABEDORES ANCESTRALES IND\u00cdGENAS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Belalc\u00e1zar P\u00e1ez Cauca, 21 de julio de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Desde la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Autoridades Ancestrales Territoriales Nasa \u00c7xh\u00e3\u00e7xha<\/strong>, como estructura de gobierno propio, nos permitimos realizar el siguiente pronunciamiento, frente al homicidio ocurrido el d\u00eda 21 de febrero que enluta al <strong>TERRITORIO ANCESTRAL DE<\/strong> <strong>TALAGA<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rechazamos<\/strong> de manera contundente los homicidios realizados contra nuestros sabedores Ancestrales, el cual, que se present\u00f3 en la madrugada del d\u00eda 21 de julio del a\u00f1o en curso<strong>, <\/strong>donde le quitan la vida al Mayor MARCOS YONDA, quien realizaba labores de sabedor ancestral, siendo atacado en su propia vivienda localizada en la vereda de Taravira, recibiendo quince (15) heridas con arma cortopunzante en diferentes partes del cuerpo que le causaron la muerte, fue encontrado su compa\u00f1era permanente tirado en la cocina en un charco de sangre aproximadamente sobre la una (1) de la madrugada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Nos dirigimos a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica con el fin de manifestar nuestro m\u00e1s profundo <strong>rechazo<\/strong>, <strong>consternaci\u00f3n e indignaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> ante este cobarde acto de desarmon\u00eda, que causa desequilibrio en el territorio, toda vez, que son nuestros The Wala quienes los\u00a0 armonizan, este etnocidio\u00a0 va en contra a la protecci\u00f3n, de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la convivencia pac\u00edfica y el respeto mutuo y el equilibrio en nuestro territorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Expresamos nuestra solidaridad y apoyo emocional a la familia, es <strong>inaceptable <\/strong>\u00a0que estos hechos se sigan presentando en nuestro territorio, es por ello, que <strong>RECHAZAMOS<\/strong> y<strong> CONDENAMOS<\/strong> estos actos cobardes y degradantes que perturban y limitan la armon\u00eda de nuestro territorio, buscando generar temor a quienes desarrollan tan importante labor y los ponen en riesgos Derechos Fundamentales como la dignidad, la vida y el libre ejercicio de escoger la profesi\u00f3n, el cual se ha venido vulnerando en las diferentes zonas de los territorios ind\u00edgenas del departamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>DENUNCIAMOS<\/strong> y <strong>EXIGIMOS<\/strong> de manera <strong>URGENTE<\/strong> a todos los entes de control Nacional e Internacional, la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n FGN, la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, la Alta Consejer\u00eda de Derechos Humanos de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, Naciones Unidas, Cruz Roja Internacional y a las dem\u00e1s instituciones a nivel departamental, nacional e internacional que <strong>en el marco de sus competencias tomen las acciones pertinentes. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
