EMERGENCIA EN EL CAUCA SE AVECINA MASACRE EN LA MARIA PIENDAMO

 Las comunidades indígenas del Cauca en compañía de sectores populares iniciamos desde el 12 de octubre de 2008 la protesta y denuncia por política de muerte en contra nuestra por parte del Estado colombiano y del poder transnacional.

 Ante esta actividad de movilización y de lucha, la fuerza pública ha respondido con violencia institucional no legal ni amparada en la Constitución colombiana como disparar con arma de fuego contra los manifestantes, dando el triste espectáculo de un gobierno que masacra a su población.

A mediodía de hoy se presentan 25 heridos, en la María Piendamo, dentro de los cuales los siguientes:

Hermes Arbey Diaz del Resguardo de Huellas Caloto

Mauricio Menza de Jambaló, (herido en la frente con tiro recalzado)

Benjamín Ramos de Talaga (perdió un ojo y herido en el pecho)

Mariano Morano Dizu , (herido con arma de fuego en el cráneo)

Enyi Ulcue de Pueblo Nuevo (herido en la pierna con arma de fuego)

Jhon Fredy Piñacue de 16 años (herido con garrote en la frente)

Mario Guetoto de Delicias

Diomedes  Quinto de San Andres de Pisimbala

Joaquin Cotocue de San Andres de Pisimbala

Milciades Tumbo de San Andres de Pisimbala

Jose Ferney Pardo de Inza

Adolfo Quitumbo de Corinto

Harold Cucuñame de Honduras

Delio Quitumbo de Toribío

Hernando Campo de Pitayo

Aldemar Ramos de Huellas, Caloto

Los compañeros Mariano Morano Dizu y Benjamín Ramos, se encuentran en grave estado de salud en el Hospital San José de Popayán; Mariano  fue herido con arma de fuego en el cráneo, y los médicos no dan esperanza de vida; Benjamín Ramos perdió el ojo izquierdo. También hay 2 detenidos y 5 desaparecidos.

 

 

Llamamos a todos los sectores democráticos y populares a exigir al Gobierno nacional que respete la Constitución y los mínimos humanitarios reconocidos en el mundo, y que detenga esta masacre contra los movilizados. Igualmente nos solidarizamos con las otras regiones que se encuentran movilizadas en esta minga, y que igualmente están siendo brutalmente reprimidas.

A todo esto se suma la remetida de la fuerza publica con armas de largo alcance (Fusil), contra uno de los nudos de Resistencia Social y Comunitaria que esta ubicado en la vereda Pezcador y el Rodal en el municipio de Caldono, dejando hasta el momento varios heridos.

Cuenténos de que forma los podemos ayudar, quiénes nos encontramos a distancia sufrimos y estamos pendiente minuto a minuto de lo que sucede. Recuerden que estamos por la vida y para la vida, con toda la fuerza de la madre naturaleza, con toda la sabiduría indígena, adelante, estamos atentos a sus noticias y a su convocatoria, hay mucho pueblo que queda para respaldarlos y relebarlos...
